This study aims to analize assisted reproduction law in selected countries. Thus, each legislation of selected countries was classified and analized by six principles. They are; first, the object of artificial insemination, Second, the rule in
practice
of artificial insemination. Third, statuses of the child; by artificial insemination, paternity, maternity and donor. Forth, articles about surrogate mother contracts. Fifth, articles about payment money or anything of value. Sixth, codes about
sperm
bank.
Finally, it is important that the principles to be observed in the practice of artificial insemination is the best interests of the child and human value and dignity first of all
